Hey I'm Delphine,  French and 15 years young. I've lived in Germany since I'm 6 years old, going everyday to an international school. This experience has allowed me to learn new languages and live in an environment full of diversity so that today in addition of my mother tongue, I can speak English, German and Spanish (not all fluently). Sport is one of my favourite hobbies, including surf, even though I'm only an amateur because I have only been doing it for a couple of years (started in the summer of 2012).

Hola me llamo Delphine, soy francés y tengo 15 años. He vivido en Alemania desde que tengo 6 años, yendo todos los días a un instituto internacional. Esta experiencia me ha permitido aprender nuevas idiomas y vivir en un ambiente lleno de diversidad así que hoy, además de mi lengua materna, puedo hablar inglés, alemán y español (no las hablo todas con soltura). Deporte es uno de mis pasatiempos favoritos, incluyendo el surf, aunque lo hago desde solamente unos años (he empezado en el verano de 2012). 

I decided to make this blog for my Personal Project. In case you don't know what is: in international schools, it is part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) program to complete this project in grade 10,which can be anything you want it to be (if it follows the rules). I thought it would be very fitting for me to do this project because I like languages, writing and sport so with the three combined, I wasn't going to get bored! I also chose it because we had to have a global context so it was perfect since the whole blog is on how to reduce our impact on the environment in relation to surfing.

Decidí hacer este blog para mi Personal Project. En caso que no sabéis lo que es: en institutos internacionales, es parte del program del International Baccalaureate (IB) completar un proyecto en la clase 10. Puede ser lo que queréis si sigue las reglas. Creí que sería muy adecuado que yo hago este proyecto porque me gustan las idiomas, escribir y el deporte así los tres combinados, ¡no iba a aburrirme! También lo he elegido porque debíamos tener un contexto global entonces era perfecto dado que el blog trata de las maneras de reducir nuestro impacto en el medio ambiente en relación con el surf.
